 My client Dr. Havard requested for the update and revamp of
the once active UWF course EME7417 Advanced Web-
Based Learning Environments for the upcoming Fall 2013
Semester.
 He also requested the format of the course be changed from
the original 8-week online course to a 16-week online course.
 The content of the course would have to match the objectives
in the original course syllabus.
 My planned course of action
◦ The modules of the course would focus on the 7 topics mentioned in
the course syllabus
 Creating the Framework for WBI
 Using WBI
 Incorporating Learning Theory
 Analyzing a Topic for WBI
 Designing WBI
 Developing WBI
 Evaluating WBI
 My planned course of action
◦ Each of the 7 topics described in the course syllabus would be split
into 2 parts, thus creating 14 modules, excluding the introduction
module for the course.
 Creating the Framework for WBI (Part I)
 Creating the Framework for WBI (Part II)
 My planned course of action
◦ Inclusion of timeline: I would work on two modules each week. Check
the example below.
