Young people at a school created a mobile device policy that is leading to an educational revolution through the following:
1) The policy focuses on establishing appropriate student behavior for using mobile devices rather than banning their use.
2) Teachers are embedding the use of mobile learning into classroom lessons across various subjects.
3) When guided by teachers and with a focus on learning, the partnership between students, teachers, and artists using mobile devices and new approaches to space and time can transform education.

Mobile learning can become a mighty mess, where you know where you want to go and catch glimpses of it, but never seem to get there as you get distracted and caught by various branches, diversions and roots.
Do students really have a real voice? What would happen if you allowed them to commincate?
Feelings slide, thanks Dan R-E and the mywalks project. What happens if you send young people around thinking of these questions. Give them a question each?
First a little creative warm up. Think about the music that you carry about on your person. What track matches this moment? Why – we could even have a silent disco!
What soundtrack would match your school? Would different areas have different music why?

Using what we already have and what out students are most familiar with, but better. Blended approach. These are stories about how mobile devices and Microsoft tools have enabled our students to capture, share and collaborate. Windows 8 devices are familiar to students and they can use the technology without having to fam.
Win8 devices allow students to take part in a simple sequence : they can capture information from the real or virtual worlds, create something that can be shared via SkyDrive and then use cloud based tools to collaborate.
Get involved – start simple.
For example, some work in the classroom led to a fieldtrip for some Olympic Geocaching. Work in the classroom informing the fieldwork –mobile devices to capture information
