- À propos Married with two sons; currently work as an Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University - Kingsville. Received my Ph.D. in 2004 from Texas A&M University in Educational Administration. My research interests include working with high needs school districts to build professional learning communities. Much of my work has been supported by external grant funding I have secured to provide intensive professional development and technology to high needs schools. I have expertise in qualitative research to support this work.
