BeinnEich from where I got dropped off, still 500m from path start
Looking back towards Loch Lomond
Doune Hill is the middle summit, BeinnLochain is the left one, no name for the other summit
This photo shows the long slow ascent of a’Mhanaich, Cowal hills in background
Instead of the usual beam, I just used a Jpole type antenna
Doune Hill , note the gully between Doune and BeinnLochain(on left), this was the route I used to get to Glen Mollachan
Cloud cover had started to set in towards the end of the activation
‘The Stack of the fairy hill’ with the Cowal hills in the background
More ‘Marilyns’ and ‘Munros’ in this view
Looking toward some impressive areas of the Highlands
Tullich Hill in the foreground
Saw this when heading down a gully off Doune Hill towards Glen Mollachan, from any other angle it just looked like a stone
This was taken from the bottom of a gully running off Doune Hill I used to descend, boggy ground until you meet an old landrover track which finish off just above my start point
