Fresh Water Module “FriWa”
Your advantages:
Connections:
primary circuit 3/4’’ female, potable water circuit 1’’ male, circulation line
(optional) 3/4’’ male
With pre-assembled steel wall brackt
can be mounted easily onto the wall
Fully assembled with flat sealing union connections
Full port ball valves
Flow check valve inside the return pipe of the primary circuit,
manual opener, 200 mm WC, prevent any gravity circulations; inside the
circulation line (optional) located before the pump
Potable water circuit with piston valves
easy handling, ball valves inside the primary circuit key-activated
With solar circulation pumps by WILO
pre-assembled and prewired,
completely isolatable
no emptying necessary for servicing
Flowmeter on the cold water supply
for electronic measurement of the flow rate and heat measurement.
Circulation pump (optional) for maximum comfort
event-driven (depending on the needs), time- or temperature-driven
Flushing unit integrated on the potable water side
two drain valves (on the elbow unions on the heat exchanger) permit flushing
the heat exchanger. On the primary side with deculator on the topmost
point on the heat exchanger and drain valve for the emptying of the heat
exchanger.
The compact and completely pre-assembled station heats water in a comfortab-
le and hygienic way only when it is needed. The warm water is heated up only
at the moment it is needed – quickly, safely and cleanly – so that fresh warm
hygenical water is available at any time withour having to use a warm water
storage tank. The energy necessary for the heating of potable water comes
from a buffer storage which acn be heated via various systems: solar systems
as well as solid combustibles, traditional oil or gas boilers or other systems.
The FriWa module is suited very well for the application in connection with a
solar thermal installation and/or a low-temperature heating system thanks to
the low primary temperatures necessary.

Fresh Water Module “FriWa”
Hydraulic scheme FriWa
Highly efficient stainless steel plate heat exchanger
especially long, designed for low-flow operation, generous-
ly dimensioned, for the transfer of high power outputs
with slight temperature differences, permits a low primary
flow and return temperature, completely integrated into
the insulation.
High tap potential until 45 l/min
Like this, the FriWa module has various fields of application
as for example in detached houses, houses for several
families, sporting facilities, nursing homes etc.
Safety valve 10 bar
on the potable water side
Integrated regulation
completely pre-assembled, preset and prewired. The tem-
perature- and flow rate-depending speed control of the
primary pump permits a quick and precise adjustment of
the preset water temperature.
The circulation pump (optional) can be operated on de-
mand (by tap impulse) time- or temperature-depending.
Additionally, it is possible to pilote a three-way reversing
valve (not included in the delivery). This way, very warm
primary return water (evolving during the operation of the
circulation pump or during phases of low tap potentials)
can be returned to the buffers torage on a higher level so
that the colder, lower part of the buffer storage remains.
The integrated heat quantity survey permits a simple
overview over the energy needed for the preparation of
the warm potable water.
