Peppers can be eaten ripe and raw in a salad or in a stir-fry. Peppers can also be roasted, grilled, fried in a pan, or stuffed and filled with a variety of foods. Peppers can be fixed in a variety of ways regardless of whether they are to be cooked or not. A pepper can be rough chopped, or kept whole for example. The pepper can be versatile in the sense that it can be dried, pickled (or preserved in a jam) or frozen. The frozen variety can be incorporated into lots of different meals.
