This document discusses implementing a one-to-one computing program using Google Chromebooks at a school. It explains that the Chromebooks allow all students equal access to online materials and seamlessly integrate technology into learning. This prepares students for a world where jobs require collaboration, problem-solving and innovation. The Chromebooks provide cloud storage through Google and are managed easily. Some WELS schools have had success using Chromebooks for grades 6-8. A budget plan is outlined to fund the program through fundraising and student fees over three years.
