Note: Florida firefighters are not covered by OSHA as we know it. Firefighter safety rules known as Florida Firefighter OSHA are found in Administrative Order 69A-62. It would certainly be a good idea for you as an instructor to have a copy of 69A-62 available. It can be downloaded from the State Fire Marshal’s web page at http://www.fldfs.com/SFM/.
Graham has an excellent video called Fire Department Sexual Harassment – Techniques for Elimination. If you have not viewed it, it would give you some excellent insight. Be sure to cover the descriptions in the text.
