Team Share Johari Window Developed in 1955 by American psychologists, Joseph Luft and Harry Ingham (Joseph + Harry=Johari). A method of study of how people communicate and how the SELF and our relationship to others is affected by information that is known and unknown to us. In this course we will focus on: How teammates share information, opinions, feelings, knowledge, goals, plans, visions, missions, facts, data, views, perceptions, perspectives, while utilizing feedback.
