Editor's Notes
Accelerate beyond the competitionExcel – to perform well
We will have sub-managers as we get farther along in the project. We will often break up into smaller teams under each sub-manager to accomplish tasks. We know our team manager has to be organized and on top of everything, and we have already seen Pete’s ability to do this. Our sub-managers will be able to control each phase/part of the project. Because the project is so large, our smaller groups will be able to accomplish more than everyone working on one thing at a time.
Effective communication- reliability- email, facebook, wikiDedication to our timeline- specific meeting time - everyone attends meetingsTask-oriented- always focused- stay on topicWe want to foster a focused and driven culture. Our norms allow us to be efficient and effective. Because our focus is on the end product, our expect behaviors must keep us on task at all times.
Our team collectively encompasses all these qualities. With input from everyone, we can come up with many ideas to end up with the best solution possible. Using everyone’s unique talents, we will make timely decisions that positively impact the team and our project.
