             Ask your opinion on what is said - stay open, stay neutral, otherwise you
                can not get new insights

            Research collective beliefs together, why we think the way things are or
               should be?

            Listen to understand, not to serve a reply

            In a dialogue there are no right or wrong answers - all is input for ‘the
                common barrel’

            'Speak from your heart: say what you really want to say, because you have
                aheart, not to impress, not to convince. Dialogue is multiplying by
                sharing "...
