starting anything that may cause some
anxiety.

there are many mental "tricks" you can
do that will help you overcome any
fear.

15. Now, some of these are short term
tricks, and some are long term
strategies.

16. One of the BEST ways to obliterate fear
is to create some very POWERFUL
dreams that you are moving toward.

17. They don't need to be concrete, or
specific.

18. Just something you know you're
moving toward.

19. It's also a good idea to choose one big
thing in each area of life.

20. That way, no matter WHAT you are
doing, it will be easy to see it in the
larger context.

21. Giving a speech can be pretty scary.

22. But giving a speech KNOWING that it's
part of a skill building process that will
get you a TON of money in the future
will make it a lot less scary.

23. Especially when you're ONLY focused
on some "small" aspect of speaking,
like using less "uh's" or looking at the
audience a larger percentage of the
time.

24. Whenever you can see anything as a
small step in a larger process, you'll
see it for what it is.

25. Not a "do or die" situation that's going
to make or break your existence.
