‫ﺣﺴﻴﻦ ﺣﻤﻴﺪي ﻓﺮ داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮﺧﺘﻪ رﺷﺘﻪ ﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳﻲ ﺷﻴﻤﻲ از داﻧﺸﮕﺎه‬
‫ﺻﻨﻌﺘﻲ ﺷﺮﻳﻒ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. وي ﺑﻴﺶ از 71 ﺳﺎل در ﺣﻮزه ﻫﺎي واﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ‬
‫ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ ﭘﺮوژه و ﻓﻦ آوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻣﺸﻐﻮل ﺑﻪ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺖ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ.‬
‫ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺖ در ﭘﺮوژه ﻫﺎي ﺑﺰرگ ﻓﻦ آوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت در ﻛﺸﻮر، ﻣﺪﻳﺮ ﭘﺮوژه‬
‫در ﭘﺮوژه ﻫﺎي اﺟﺮاﻳﻲ، ﻃﺮاﺣﻲ، ﭘﻴﺎده ﺳﺎزي و اﺳﺘﻘﺮار اوﻟﻴﻦ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ‬
‫اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﭘﺮوژه )ﺳﺎپ( در ﻛﺸﻮر از ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺘﻬﺎي ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﮔﺬار اﻳﺸﺎن در اﻳﻦ‬
‫ﻋﺮﺻﻪ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. وي ﺑﻴﺶ از 21 ﺳﺎل ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﺗﺨﺼﺼﻲ ﺑﺮ روي ﺣﻮزه‬
‫ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻤﻬﺎي اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﭘﺮوژه)ﺳﺎپ( ﻣﺘﻤﺮﻛﺰ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺗﺎﻟﻴﻒ اوﻟﻴﻦ ﻛﺘﺎب‬
‫ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻤﻬﺎي اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﭘﺮوژه در دﻧﻴﺎ از دﻳﮕﺮ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺘﻬﺎي ﻣﻬﻢ اﻳﺸﺎن ﻣﻲ‬
                                                           ‫ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.‬

‫ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺟﺴﺘﺠﻮﻫﺎ در ﻣﻲ ﻳﺎﺑﻴﻢ ﻛﻪ‬
‫ﻛﻠﻤﻪ ‪ PMIS‬ﺗﺒﺪﻳﻞ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻳﻚ واژه‬
‫ﻛﻠﻴﺪي ﺑﺮاي ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﻫﺎ و ﺳﺎﻳﺖ ﻫﺎﻳﻲ ﻛﻪ‬
‫داراي ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰارﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ ﭘﺮوژه و ﻳﺎ‬
                  ‫واﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ ﭘﺮوژه ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ.‬

‫ﺗﻮﺟﻪ : ﭼﺎرﭼﻮﺑﻲ ﻛﻪ در اﻳﻦ اراﺋﻪ ﻣﻼﺣﻈﻪ ﻣﻲ ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻳﻴﺪ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻴﺎت و ﺟﻤﻊ ﺑﻨﺪي‬

‫ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از 5 ﻓﺮآﻳﻨﺪه دﻳﮕﺮ ﺳﺎپ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ را‬

‫ﻫﺪف از اﻧﺠﺎم اﻳﻦ ﻓﺮآﻳﻨﺪ ﺗﻬﻴﻪ ي ﺳﻨﺪي اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ در آن ﭘﺲ از ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ و ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ اﻧﺘﻈﺎرات و ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﭘﺮوژه‬
 ‫و ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن از دﻳﺪﮔﺎه ﻓﺎوا، اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋي و ﻧﺤﻮه ي ﺗﺎﻣﻴﻦ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت، ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﺰاﺳﻴﻮن ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺖ ﻫﺎ، ﻣﺪﻳﺮ ﺳﺎپ‬

  • 2. ‫ﻣﻌﺮﻓﻲ اراﺋﻪ ﻛﻨﻨﺪه‬ ‫ﺣﺴﻴﻦ ﺣﻤﻴﺪي ﻓﺮ داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮﺧﺘﻪ رﺷﺘﻪ ﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳﻲ ﺷﻴﻤﻲ از داﻧﺸﮕﺎه‬ ‫ﺻﻨﻌﺘﻲ ﺷﺮﻳﻒ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. وي ﺑﻴﺶ از 71 ﺳﺎل در ﺣﻮزه ﻫﺎي واﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ‬ ‫ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ ﭘﺮوژه و ﻓﻦ آوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻣﺸﻐﻮل ﺑﻪ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺖ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ.‬ ‫ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺖ در ﭘﺮوژه ﻫﺎي ﺑﺰرگ ﻓﻦ آوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت در ﻛﺸﻮر، ﻣﺪﻳﺮ ﭘﺮوژه‬ ‫در ﭘﺮوژه ﻫﺎي اﺟﺮاﻳﻲ، ﻃﺮاﺣﻲ، ﭘﻴﺎده ﺳﺎزي و اﺳﺘﻘﺮار اوﻟﻴﻦ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ‬ ‫اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﭘﺮوژه )ﺳﺎپ( در ﻛﺸﻮر از ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺘﻬﺎي ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﮔﺬار اﻳﺸﺎن در اﻳﻦ‬ ‫ﻋﺮﺻﻪ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. وي ﺑﻴﺶ از 21 ﺳﺎل ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﺗﺨﺼﺼﻲ ﺑﺮ روي ﺣﻮزه‬ ‫ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻤﻬﺎي اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﭘﺮوژه)ﺳﺎپ( ﻣﺘﻤﺮﻛﺰ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺗﺎﻟﻴﻒ اوﻟﻴﻦ ﻛﺘﺎب‬ ‫ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻤﻬﺎي اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﭘﺮوژه در دﻧﻴﺎ از دﻳﮕﺮ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺘﻬﺎي ﻣﻬﻢ اﻳﺸﺎن ﻣﻲ‬ ‫ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.‬ ‫اوﻟﻴﻦ ﻫﻤﺎﻳﺶ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻤﻬﺎي اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ ﭘﺮوژه – ﺣﺴﻴﻦ ﺣﻤﻴﺪي ﻓﺮ – دﻳﻤﺎه 09‬
