Jesus healed ten lepers, but only one was thankful (Lk. 17:11-19). The majority were not thankful, including His own people. There is much we take for granted and for which we are ungrateful.  Let us be grateful for the blessing given by God. We depend on Him for our existence (Acts 17:28). He gives us every good thing (Jas. 1:17). Above all, He provides salvation (1 Jn. 5:11).  We can learn lessons from the account of the lepers: obedience brings blessings, Christ has the ability to cleanse, few show gratitude for God’s blessings.
