This document provides the requirements for a case study assignment on career management and development. Students must write a minimum 3-page response following the APA style format with 3 headings: introduction, analysis, and conclusion. The introduction should discuss the case background and the analysis section must answer each question posed in the case study with subheadings. In the conclusion, students should summarize the key lessons learned from the case related to human resource management and compensation practices. The assignment will be graded based on demonstrating an understanding of chapter concepts, use of real-world examples, writing quality, key learnings identified, and proper APA formatting.

· Introduction should briefly discuss the case background.

· Conclusion should be a summary of the main points you
learned from the case in relation to human resource management
and compensation practice.
Your work should clearly demonstrate an understanding of the
concepts contained in the chapter through the use of scholarly
research and practical, real world examples.
