This report can be printed for each troop to be used at delivery time. There is also another format for service units that have the pre-printed Little Brownie form that does not print in color.
One of the reports that can be viewed and printed is the troop recap form. This form represents a final accounting of all input done for the troop. The information is populated as orders are placed, transfers are made from the cupboards, and deposits are made. Deposits for a troop are allowed to be keyed by service units only if so deemed by council. Otherwise council will enter in all deposits. The information for the finances are calculated based on the input made from council as to the distribution of funds. The entry of GOC (Gift of Caring) is for information only as your gift of caring is part of your ordering process if troops distribute the gift of caring cookies. If council distributes the gift of caring cookies then the quantity entered here will add to the total sales of the troop. NOTE: You can view this report in packages or cases.
This is a recap report for the award ordering. It display all troops and the awards that have been ordered.
