The insurance provides coverage for the consequences of cyber-bullying by offering victims access to health professionals. Bodyguard.ai's mobile app works with the insurance to automatically detect and delete hateful social media comments in real-time and alert parents, while also offering educational content to teach safe social media use. The goal is to reduce the negative impacts of cyber-bullying like suicides by quickly identifying issues and guiding victims to psychological support.

prevention device for social networks : automatic detection of hateful
content and real-time alerting of parents

If repeated hateful messages are detected over a short period of time, leading
to the suspicion of cyber-bullying, Moonshot Insurance, through its contextual
analysis tools, notifies parents about the opportunity to activate insurance
coverage. If the child turns out to be a victim of cyber-bullying, Moonshot
Insurance, then provides the elements of proof for filing a complaint. The
insurtech also offers a health support program : coverage of consultation
fees up to 400 €/year with the specialist of their choice - psychologist,
therapist, acupuncturist or nutritionist.

5. Each child has a different sensitivity to toxic content.
Our innovation allows a reinforced personalization : the child can
moderate the threshold of content (insults, threats, racism etc.)
directly inside in the application.
We detect 90% of threats compared to an average of 25% for
existing solutions on the market. Parents are alerted in real time
in case of detected hateful comments and it is automatically
deleted from the social network, preventing the child from being
confronted to it.
Then educational content is offered to them to learn how to use
social networks safely.
6. Our solution answers a societal phenomenon by providing
families with a CSR insurance-based solution that relies on
technology to detect the risk and offers medical and
psychological support to the victims.
We are primarily targeting families but also all individuals
who use the Internet. Our product can be embedded in
bank card insurance, school insurance, home insurance,
but also as an option when selling mobile devices to
telephone operators or e-retailers.
In Europe, there are no less than 60 suicides per year as a
result of cyber-bullying. Why ? Mostly because the victims
suffer the moral and/or physical impact of insults, racism,
mockery, homophobia, and other threats. This distress
often remains unique to the victim who does not talk
about it. We can reduce this negative impact and help
generate positive engagement on social networks !
By being automatically alerted when offensive content is
identified, and then guided with educational content, the
insured is actively accompanied until he/she is
psychologically taken care of when a claim is proven.
