7. SetOnce™ began as a simple but comprehensive solution to a problem all claims professionals and the
customers we serve experience repeatedly:
Nobody can find and connect anything in large or complex claim files with any kind of reasonable speed.
This remains an accepted drag on both staff productivity and customers' participation in their claims.
With a couple of decades handling, training, and overseeing others with large property losses, I understood the
effect on post-claim customer retention and mid-claim settlement cycles that relate to this congested but
accepted reality. As an avid designer of electronic solutions for my own and other's claims service companies, I
iterated the design of SetOnce™ as a remedy to overwhelming settlement confusion and constricted
transparency. This particular design is specific to multi-line property claims, but the underlying method of RPA-
based historical versioning will ultimately accelerate the claims process for claimants, staff and other authorized
stakeholders with any line of business.
