1. Admin Central
Overview
This is the admin area we are building with the “Centralized database” we’ve discussing to
manage the agents using the Lead & the Retire Village systems. We will be calling it “Admin
Central” or AC in the documents.
New User Role
We will need a new User Role for our platform, called “RV Admin”. This will be for Joe (who will
be running the Retire Village system). We do NOT want him to have any access to the Lead
Generation platform or the current admin dashboard.
This role will see the Admin Central interface described below and can access the RV platform,
but any links to the lead center (Admin or Agent) will be disabled.
The “Super Admin” that we have now (Kevin & Allison) will be able to access all parts of all
systems.
The “Partial Admin” (what Brianne has now) will have no change to its current role in Leads
system and will have full access to the Retire Village admin and the Admin Central areas.
Admin Central Dashboard
This page is the “home page” of the AC area of the system.
It has the following features / components:
Agent Table:
By default we show a table of all the “Active” agents using either the Lead System, RV System or
both.
The columns are:
Agent Name
Sign-up Date (date the profile was created)
Leads (if they have an “active” lead program status)
View (the GO button takes you to their agent profile on lead system (not for RV Admin role)
Retire Village (if they have an “active” retire village account)
View (the GO button takes you to the RV section for that agent)
**Bundle (if they have an “active” Bundle” program. If yes, then yes would be in the leads & Retire
Village columns as that is what the bundle is).
Profile: the View button takes you to the “AC profile page” described below.
ADD AGENT
Agent Sign-up Leads View Retire View Bundle Verified Profile
Name Date Village
John 4-3-12 Yes GO --- VIEW

Note:
Would be nice to have a filter on this page for Type of Program (All, Leads, Retire Village,
Bundle), and Status: Active, Inactive
2. AC Profile Page (for each Agent)
When you click on the “View” in the profile column on the Agent Table above, you come to an
Agent Profile page. This has:
Contact Info (Edit)
Agent Name Login to Leads Login to RV
Address
City, State, Zip
Phone
Email
Billing Info (Edit)
Name: (pre-populated from Agent Name)
CC Number
Expiration Date fields
CVV number
Partner Information (Edit)
Partner Name:
Partner Coupon Code:
Note: This is the partner info (like in lead system) that gives them the coupon code necessary to
a) get a discount on leads and /or b) be able to have a Retire Village account.
Products (Edit)
This is where we show the products they are currently active with… My thought is to show ALL
products we have, and a check box in front, and if checked it means they are active. This way we
can also use this page to “add” a service for them.
For example, if they do not have Retire Village yet, if we check the box “Retire Village $75” this
would create their record in the RV system, and start to bill them… This would be a necessary
step to get someone started with RV – first we have to create their Agent Profile at the AC level,
and then turn their product “on”…
Premium Leads $98
Premium Leads $118
Retire Village $75 and so forth, show all the products we have…
Status (edit)
Drop-down: Active, Inactive, Delete (to discuss…)
SAVE
Note:
1. Login Buttons go to the agent’s area for each system (not active if they don’t have a product
from that system set-up (active or inactive, should still have access). Note: for RV Admin role,
the Login to Leads button is not visible.
2. Each section has an “edit” button, and then SAVE on each section if you make updates.
3. For the “Products” section, for the “RV Admin” user role, can we have it so they can NOT edit
the lead products?
3. 4. We show all the products that we have available… that is easiest?
5. If agent does not yet have Retire Village (for example), the Login to RV button would be
grayed out, but if admin then clicked on the product and saved, the button would become
accessible so that we (or agent) could then login to RV to finish their account set-up.
