1. Buying IBC Japan Used Cars is Now Cheaper Than Ever!
NZD/JPY rate makes buying from Japan cheaper than ever!
Dear Customer:
Historically high rates of exchange between the NZD and JPY have made purchasing vehicles
from Japan more economical than ever! The exchange rate and our 24/7 commitment to
customer service have led to more and more customers in New Zealand enjoying the
convenience of purchasing using IBC Japan!
The valuation of the NZ$ against the yen has made purchasing vehicles cheaper, but it has
raisedthe cost in yen of NZ$ based costs like ocean freight, bunker/fuel surcharges, and
MAF/LTSA fees etc.. Due to this increase in NZ$ based costs IBC Japan is announcing a price
adjustment in our yen based CIF fee rates to partially cover these increases. All CIF fees will
increase 15,000 yen per vehicle effective July 1st, 2007. Any transactions underway prior to
receiving this notice will be honored at previous rates.
The rate increase only partially covers the additional costs, and even with the CIF fee changes
you can still enjoy savings buying through us.
