- 溝通效率不好，有些資料不方便作記錄，或是資料不易攜帶，造成溝通時常會有資訊不對等的狀況，回想一下是不是有去過大醫院但是不同醫師有不同說詞的經驗？當你有疑問，醫師會跟你說不同的醫師有不同的想法，但是事實上在醫院內部的工作人員在病人離開之後會趕快跑去跟別的醫師討論治療計劃，往往一個治療的療程需要許多醫療團隊的合作，但是中間常常會有溝通不良的狀況，有時候是因為資料不易攜帶，也許做過的紀錄是在一張紙條上，或是只是口頭上討論沒有去記錄，此時對於病患的治療就是一種拖延，治療的黃金期可能就這樣過了
- 醫生在會診時需要印出大量紙本，即使現在有電子化病例，仍然會把電子病歷印出來貼在傳統病歷上，因為電子病歷必須在電腦上才能看，但醫護人員又必須有很高的機動性
- 首先，現在中國大陸的醫院建設時都會盡量遵從美國JCI所訂定的標準，藉此保障病患照顧的安全和品質，而這樣的標準也是中國政府在做評鑑時會納入評分機制的一個重點。

- 最後我想講一下雲端，現在雲端一直是科技業的一個重要的未來趨勢。雲端在醫療這一塊也扮演著很重要的角色。把資料儲存在雲端，可以安全性提昇，也可以避免電腦過於老舊的問題。就電腦就算損毀資料也不再會遺失，我們還是可以從雲端把失去的資料找回。提高個人資料的安全性不會受限於本地端現有大公司都會有專業的機器提供存取，屆此由大公司保護我們的機器安全性雲端科技和安全性

- 再來，我想談談電子病歷。其實現在電子病歷的進程。目前大部分的醫院都在第四階段這部份，那想要完成整個電子病歷應該要到地七個階段。
- 不過現在醫院為了急於道地七個階段，他們都漏了重要的地六個階段，也就是在寫電子病歷時的結構化。因為這樣的步驟被忽略，讓現在醫生大大降低寫病歷的效率，也使得病患被照顧的品質下降。
