Improving members competitiveness is all about promoting best practice among members to make them more efficient and more competitive. The catalyst for cooperation refers to us bringing members together and communicating best practices via network meetings and other communication tools. Differentiating the sector is about promoting our sector and its value to external stakeholders including media, regulators, government, general public and members.
