• Pomodoro technique help you in
procrastination, with focusing 25 minutes to
learning and then rest for approximately 5
minutes
5. ILLUSION OF
COMPETENCE
You think you have mastered the material but it's not
happens when you're just do the same problems, reread
the book, and/or open the answer key
to fight the illusion of competence, you can do
interleaving, recall (take the main idea of the material)
rather than reread, and do problems yourself (do not
open the answer key)
