Introduction:
Extra! Extra! Hear all about it! Animals all across the world are
disappearing. Many more others are on the verge of becoming endangered
or threatened. The residents are concerned that the number of animals
becoming extinct is increasing. They want to hire you to find out the
causes of why so many animals are becoming endangered and a possible
solution to prevent them from becoming extinct.
Task:
The residents are in deep need of a wildlife expert to help prevent the
animals from becoming extinct. Your task is to inform the government
about this crisis with the information you have gathered. You will also
focus on one animal to find out the particular reasons why the animal you
chose is becoming extinct.
Process:
1. Before you start researching on your animal, you need to find
information to the questions below. Use this link to help you:

B. What are the different causes of a specie becoming extinct?
2. After you have found out what an endangered specie is, choose one of
the following endangered animals provide below. Using index cards, find
out the following information:

D. What is the species’ hobbies?
E. What do they eat?
F. Why is your specie endangered?
G. What are some of the ways people can do to help the animals?
