Process Flow (At Field Level) LAF data entry will be done at the doorstep of clients and all the soft copies of client related documents will be taken by the Credit Officer along with their GPS recordings. Credit officers Data Entry That file will automatically be displayed at BM login once submitted by credit officer . The BM will conduct 100% client appraisal using GPS technology of SMART Suite.   6. 6. Process Flow (At Head Office Level) The file then move on to next level that is risk officer appraisal. An Independent 100% appraisal will be ensured using GPS technology. The data will be rechecked to make sure its completeness, validity and accuracy. Risk Officer Final Approval Finance department will allocated the XPIN (System Generated) and cheque send the approved clients list to bank for uploading in their system and disbursement to clients. After successful uploading of file these XPIN will be sent back to branches Finance Department Xpin/Cheque As the branch received the popup for the availability of funds against their requested clients for disbursement. They will give the XPIN codes/Cheque to clients for encashment from designated banks Branch Staff Disbursement
