- 2. Way to do it: We wash al the vegetables and peel them, cut them and grate them.
- 7. After the kohlrabi is peeled and grated we are going to sprinkle some lemon juice on it.
- 8. After everything is ready we put the vegetables in a big bowl and mix them with some salt, sugar ,oil and lemon juice or vinegar.
- 9. After we mixed it we can serve it next to grilled chicken .
- 10. We can adorn it with some basil leaves and if we want to with some mayonnaise .
- 11. Have a good meal!
