Deep overbite correction in Twin blocks Stage-I Stage-2 –support phase The upper twin block is trimmed occluso-distally to leave the lower molars 1-2mm space to encourage lower molar eruption.By keeping less space the tongue is prevented from laterally to allow for lower molar eruption. www.indiandentalacademy.com
