           disadvantages of native smart phone
             applications versus just using the
           internet or a mobile set on the web.
           Is the web likely to get better in the
           near future? I’m thinking particularly
            about HTML5 coming out with the
             added functionality that it gives.”

“You wouldn’t think that it’d be a hard job in late
          October every year, to get Christmas menus from
               people, but it is. If Robbie and his team do
         everything they say they’re going to do, that’s only
         half the job. The tourism industry has to get behind
            it and supply Visit Scotland with relevant data.
                Can I ask everyone here to do that and to
          evangelise for that and tell every tourism provider
          that you know, that they’ve got to make this work
                  for Visit Scotland and for Scotland.”
