We provide services such as security guards, housekeeping
staff and every other type of manpower. Our organization is
currently providing services to various banks, industries,

What was your inspiration behind venturing into the
business arena?
During the yearly period of my career, I noticed that many
companies faced numerous challenges in managing the
basic floor activities which kept most of the key
management members occupied.
The managers had to plan, assign, check and ensure that all
the basic activities of the office are carried out properly. The
further tasks included in recruiting the new members,
training them and supervising their daily work.
The basic functions in any business enterprise identified
were housekeeping, security, gardening, pest control,
catering and pantry management, staffing services and
property management.
What were the initial challenges that you had to
surmount to ensure Ardent’s success rate reached
greater heights?
As we started getting orders, the basic tasks were to manage
the team properly for timely execution. The clients were
demanding, and we got many repeat orders too. It was
important to check and supervise the work of all the teams
working in various locations that too in multiple shifts.
Customer coordination on every requirement was very
crucial. The customers were required to be attended to
