Programmes
• One project – one funding rate
- Eligible costs: direct + indirect (flat rate, 25% of direct costs)
- 100% rate for research projects;
- 70% rate for activities closer to market;
• Simple evaluation criteria: Excellence, Impact, Implementation
• New funding schemes: pre-commercial procurement, prizes, loan and
equity instruments
