Using Webfolders to access campus files

1. Your Campus Files on your phone
Using an android
smartphone to open
Webfolders

2. Go to www.ncl.ac.uk

3. Select People Search

4. Select
My Details

5. Enter your CampusID
and Password

6. Select ISS technical
information….

7. Scroll across to view the
webfolder path

8. Select the webfolder
path

9. Enter your CampusID
and Password

10. View your files!
(These are read only)

11. From Menu select
Bookmarks

12. Select Add Bookmark

13. Give the bookmark a
meaningful name and
select OK

14.  You’ll need viewers on your smartphone to
handle the file types you want to open
