This is my deck for a presentation I delivered in May 2019 showing how we use a smart phone (Camera), Microsoft Teams and custom made Vistaprint Post-It Notes to ensure a smooth and seamless client invoice, to payment, to bank account, to marked as paid process - end to end regardless of whom might be doing the job at the time

- In the end, bare bones, we are talking about a list, some automation and ensuring people are notified At the end of the day the important part is the list which is super simple. But telling people about it, helping people find it and presenting the change details at the appropriate time is what makes this solution stand out
