Highlights

to escalate late into our financial year with limited financial impact in FY20. We
took swift action across our business in response to the unfolding crisis. We have
operations in 45 countries and numerous industry segments, including in many

SGS (Switzerland) Acquires CTA GALLET in France
SGS is pleased to announce the acquisition of CTA Gallet, headquartered
in Bourges, France. Privately owned, CTA Gallet operates 17 vehicle
inspection service centers in the region. It employs 26 people, performs
55,000 road safety inspections every year and generated over EUR 2.6
million of revenue in 2019. Following the acquisition, SGS will own 71
VIS centers in France employ 175 people in its vehicle inspection
business and deliver over 345,000 inspections per year. SGS is the
world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification
company. SGS is recognized as the global benchmark for quality and
integrity. With more than 94,000 employees, SGS operates a network of
over 2,600 offices and laboratories around the world.

food ordering platform Capita3Eats in Singapore

CapitaLand will be launching an ecommerce platform eCapitaMall, and an online food ordering platform Capita3Eats, to complement sales
of its shopping malls in Singapore. Both platforms will be accessible by the public via CapitaLand’s CapitaStar app and mall websites from
1 June 2020. eCapitaMall is a curated digital mall featuring the merchandise of retailers, the majority of whom also operate in CapitaLand’s
Singapore malls. It offers shoppers the flexibility to browse online before purchasing in-store or browse in-store before purchasing online.
For online purchases, shoppers can opt for home delivery or in-store collection. Separately, Capita3Eats is Singapore’s first mall-operated
food ordering platform that offers consumers three ways to fulfill their food orders – delivery, takeaway or dine-in. CapitaLand has been
expanding its ecommerce capabilities on CapitaStar progressively. In February 2019, CapitaLand introduced eCapitaVoucher, the digital
version of CapitaVoucher – Singapore’s most widely accepted shopping voucher with a network of over 2,000 stores across 18 participating
malls. Using the CapitaStar app, shoppers can redeem, buy and gift eCapitaVoucher with just a few clicks on their smartphones. When Funan
opened in June 2019, CapitaLand began uploading tenants’ product.

optimization software

Solution Description
Interxion, a leading European provider of carrier- and cloud-neutral collocation data centre services and a Digital Realty company, announced
it has reduced its cooling system energy consumption by 20% during the first year of an ongoing project with data centre optimization
specialist, EkkoSense. The project – which commenced last February – has been designed to focus on thermal monitoring and airflow
optimization, increasing cooling capacity and reducing the energy cost of cooling equipment at West Drayton, a key London site. The project
closely follows a recently announced wind energy agreement for Digital Realty's portfolio in Texas and represents another step towards
reducing the combined organization’s global carbon footprint as it looks to set a science-based target later in the year. Throughout the project,
Interxion leveraged EkkoSense's EkkoSoft® Critical software, which provides real-time visibility of key data centre operational and thermal
performance to monitor the site, identify areas for improvement – such as with the floor grille layout and fan performance – and subsequently
recommended the appropriate changes to optimize performance. These software-driven insights were the key driver behind the success of the
project, which has helped Interxion reduce cooling system energy consumption by 20%, further improving operational performance.

identity fraud

Experian® announced the launch of Sure Profile™. Experian is the first company with an offering to combat synthetic identity fraud that is integrated
into the credit profile with market-leading assurance. With Sure Profile, Experian is putting “skin-in-the-game” by sharing fraud losses with the lender
if the losses occur on assured profiles. Sure Profile validates consumer identities, detects profiles that have an increased risk for synthetic identity fraud
and helps cover losses resulting from synthetic identity fraud for assured profiles. Experian’s Sure Profile differentiates between real people and
potentially risky applicants, so lenders can confidently increase application approvals with less risk. Experian expects to authenticate most credit
applications through Sure Profile. In the cases where the identity can’t be assured, the company will deliver additional fraud risk indicators, so that
lenders can take the right next steps to verify the potential borrower’s identity and prevent fraud. To date, detecting synthetic identities has been a
significant challenge for lenders because there’s not an industry standard or a single definition that can be used to establish the legitimacy of an identity.
In addition, understanding the financial impact of synthetics has been difficult for lenders as losses tied to synthetic identity fraud are typically
categorized as defaults or “bad debt.” With Sure Profile, Experian reinforces its position as a leader by creating a standard set of criteria to define a
synthetic identity.

Hertz is providing customers with a safer, faster and easier way to travel when they are ready to hit the road. The No. 1 ranked rental car brand
for Customer Satisfaction by J.D. Power is introducing Hertz Gold Standard Clean, an enhanced vehicle cleaning and sanitization process that
concludes with each vehicle being sealed and certified 'Hertz Standard Gold Clean' before each rental. Hertz is also continuing to innovate to
meet customers' needs and preferences by launching a new vehicle delivery service and highlighting its fast and touch less rental solutions.
Key steps in the 15-point process entail cleaning and sanitizing the interior and exterior of the vehicle, including all contact surfaces with an
Environmental Protection Agency-approved disinfectant for use against the virus that causes COVID-19. In addition to these new
vehicle-cleaning protocols, Hertz has enhanced its cleaning methods at all locations and in shuttle buses, which includes using approved
disinfectant to regularly wipe down high-touch areas such as door handles, counters, kiosks and other hard surfaces. Employees are also
following social distancing guidelines and best practices, which are being reinforced through signage at all locations for employee and
customer safety.

Ricoh Company, Ltd. announced the launch of a new industrial inkjet print head RICOH TH5241. The new print head is the first Ricoh print head that
uses a thin film piezo actuator. It is one of the new RICOH TH industrial inkjet print head series and joins the already successful lineup of RICOH
MH/RICOH GH series print heads. By using MEMS*2 technology, Ricoh's unique design means the RICOH TH5241 is a compact print head with 320
× 4 rows of 1,280 nozzles*3. In addition, high-definition printing of up to 1200 dpi can be achieved by jetting fine droplets. Also, ink paths for each
nozzle row are isolated, enabling a single print head to jet up to four ink colors. The print head has compatibility with all ink types including UV, solvent,
and aqueous and can be used for various industrial applications such as sign graphics, textiles and labels. In addition, as the print head is compact yet
combines durability with stable jetting, it can easily be used in different kinds of printing systems and will help customers easily develop their own
printing systems. In the industrial printing market, there is an increasing demand to meet a variety of customer needs for sign graphics and textiles such
as smaller run sizes and shorter delivery times. This has resulted in the rapid digitalization of industrial printing which can deliver greater flexibility and

Seiko Epson Corporation will apply its original Dry Fiber technology to manufacture face masks for its employees in Japan. The masks will be
made not from used paper, but from functional fibers and will be manufactured at the company's Kanbayashi and Suwa Minami Plants in Nagano,
Japan, where the majority of its domestic employees are located. Epson expects to begin manufacturing the masks from the end of May. The
company does not currently plan to manufacture the masks for sale. Epson is a global technology leader dedicated to becoming indispensable to

driving innovations and exceeding customer expectations in inkjet, visual communications, wearables and robotics. Epson is proud of its

masks respond to growing demand for face masks for protection against the novel COVID-19. Manufacturing the masks in-house will allow Epson

Financial services technology leader FIS™ announced that it is supporting U.S. states and territories under the U.S. Government’s Families First
Corona virus Response Act to deliver needed lunch and food benefits to families of school-age children who have been impacted by school
closures due to the current health crisis. In addition to distributing electronic benefits transfer cards that can be used by participating families for
in-store or online grocery purchases, FIS is also providing processing and customer support services. Under the FFCRA, states and territories can
provide Pandemic Electronic Benefits Transfer payments to eligible families of school-age children who would otherwise be receiving lunch
benefits while in school. As a leading processor of state-administered EBT benefits programs, FIS is currently providing prepaid cards and
processing services to 16 states that have been approved to participate in the P-EBT program: Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri,
New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Texas, Vermont, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

Hertz announced it is partnering with Florida-based OneBlood, one of the largest not-for-profit blood centers in the country serving parts of the

SGS has joined forces with leading European biotech company ReiThera to fast-track the development and production of a single-dose
COVID-19 vaccine. Italian Biotech ReiThera selected SGS to utilize its team of virology and molecular biology experts to conduct
microbiological biosafety and identity release testing at each key stage of the vaccine candidate's production. All testing will be undertaken
from its Biosafety Center of Excellence in Glasgow which recently benefited from a major expansion. The Center is fully equipped to test to
speed and scale, with increased capacity for testing cell banks for vaccines, gene and cell therapies, monoclonal antibodies and other protein
based biological medicines. The SGS team will employ a range of Good Manufacturing Practice investigations from molecular biology,

CapitaLand will be rolling out innovative tech solutions as part of stepping up precautionary measures at its shopping malls to ensure the safety and
well-being of shoppers, tenants and employees. High contact areas in all CapitaLand malls including lifts and lift buttons, door entrance buttons, handrails,
touch screens, toilet cubicles and basins, family rooms and customer service counters will progressively be coated with an anti-microbial disinfectant. Using
a technology researched and developed in Singapore, treated surfaces can guard against bacteria and virus for up to six months, compared with general
cleaning and disinfection which is effective only at the point of application. Complementing the anti-microbial coating, CapitaLand will continue to clean
and disinfect all high contact touch points at stepped up frequency of once every two to three hours. A first for Singapore malls, CapitaLand will introduce
disinfection floor mats at its malls from June 2020. Disinfection solution will be poured over the floormats, allowing shoppers’soles to be cleaned when they
step on the floormats. Thereafter, shoppers can dry their soles by stepping onto a runner mat. The floormats will be placed at key entrances and they will be
changed out and cleaned twice daily. CapitaLand will deploy autonomous UV disinfection robots after mall operating hours to conduct daily disinfection
of high shopper traffic floors. In June 2020, the robots will be introduced at the basement floors and level one of Tampines Mall and Bukit Panjang Plaza,
two high traffic malls identified by the authorities. They will be progressively rolled out at other CapitaLand malls.The robots will complement daily
disinfection routines carried out by cleaning crews.

SEGRO has enabled 51 charities to deliver vital projects which will support over 25,000 vulnerable people across the UK and Continental Europe through its Centenary Fund, just one month after its initial
launch. The fund, which was established to mark SEGRO’s 100th anniversary on 19 May, will see £10 million awarded to local community projects in the UK and Continental Europe over the next decade. Its
launch was brought forward and the plans revised to enable the majority for the first year’s funding to provide urgent support to members of the community who are particularly vulnerable to the impacts of
COVID-19. In the UK, SEGRO has partnered with Community Foundations in London, Berkshire, Coventry and Warwickshire, North West Leicestershire, Northampton shire and Hertfordshire to identify
charities which are delivering immediate and meaningful support projects to those disproportionally affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. So far across all the company’s geographic regions, 51 charities have
been allocated funding, helping more than 25,000 vulnerable people.
These include:
• Citizens Advice Bureau Camden and Hounslow – Providing advice to vulnerable individuals whilst social distancing in place

Using a technology researched and developed in Singapore, treated surfaces can guard against bacteria and virus for up to six months, compared with general cleaning and disinfection which is effective only at the point of application. Complementing the anti-microbial coating, CapitaLand will continue to clean and disinfect all high contact touch points at stepped up frequency of once every two to three hours. A first for Singapore malls, CapitaLand will introduce disinfection floor mats at its malls from June 2020.
