Acquia to Acquire AgilOne to Deliver Powerful Customer
Experiences
Acquia announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire AgilOne, the
leading customer data platform (CDP) for enterprises, to further deliver on its vision of
providing open digital experiences. AgilOne brings valuable new capabilities to
Acquia’s Open Digital Experience Platform, which harnesses the power of customer
data and artificial intelligence (AI) to understand, acquire, and engage with customers.
Providing a single view of the customer, AgilOne helps marketers see immediate value
through personal experiences across every channel. The AgilOne CDP brings customer
data from online and offline technology platforms together into a single system of
record, so enterprise-scale brands can build better customer relationships and increase
customer lifetime value. Using machine learning to unify, cleanse and enrich
customers’ data, marketers can build more effective segments and optimize the timing
and targeting of campaigns across a variety of customer touchpoints (including email,
SMS, website, mobile, and more). Analytics and reporting capabilities ensure that
marketers can quickly measure the effectiveness of their campaigns. Acquia is
committed to delivering a set of capabilities designed to address the needs of marketers
- not just Drupal developers. Powerful built-in identity resolution unifies data into a
single profile that serves as a single source of truth for analysis and personalization

Cloudera Reports Third Quarter Fiscal Year 2020 Financial
Results
• Total revenue for the third quarter was $198.3 million, and subscription revenue was $166.9
million. Annualized Recurring Revenue grew 13% year-over-year.
• GAAP loss from operations for the third quarter of fiscal 2020 was $82.5 million, compared to
a GAAP loss from operations of $25.7 million for the third quarter of fiscal 2019.
• Non-GAAP loss from operations for the third quarter of fiscal 2020 was $8.2 million,
compared to a non-GAAP loss from operations of $3.1 million for the third quarter of fiscal
2019.
• Operating cash flow for the third quarter of fiscal 2020, which includes $6.1 million of
merger-related payments, was negative $5.9 million, compared to operating cash flow of
negative $6.8 million for the third quarter of fiscal 2019.
• GAAP net loss per share for the third quarter of fiscal 2020 was $0.29 per share, based on
weighted-average shares outstanding of 283.3 million shares, compared to a GAAP net loss per
share of $0.17 per share for the third quarter of fiscal 2019, based on weighted-average shares
outstanding of 152.2 million shares. See financial statement tables below for additional
information regarding historical and forward-looking stock-based compensation expense and

• Non-GAAP net loss per share for the third quarter of fiscal 2020 was $0.03 per share, based
on weighted-average shares outstanding of 283.3 million shares, compared to a non-GAAP net
loss per share of $0.02 per share for the third quarter of fiscal 2019, based on weighted-average
shares outstanding of 152.2 million shares.

Adobe Reports Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year Results 2019
Fourth Quarter Fiscal Year 2019 Financial Highlights:
• Adobe achieved record quarterly revenue of $2.99 billion in its fourth quarter of
fiscal year 2019, which represents 21 percent year-over-year growth. Diluted
earnings per share was $1.74 on a GAAP-basis, and $2.29 on a non-GAAP basis.
• Digital Media segment revenue was $2.08 billion, which represents 22 percent
year-over-year growth. Creative revenue grew to $1.74 billion and Document Cloud
revenue was $339 million. Digital Media Annualized Recurring Revenue (“ARR”)
grew to $8.40 billion exiting the quarter, a quarter-over-quarter increase of $539
million. Creative ARR grew to $7.31 billion, and Document Cloud ARR grew to
$1.09 billion.
• Digital Experience segment revenue was $859 million, representing 24 percent
year-over-year growth.
• GAAP operating income in the fourth quarter was $970 million, and non-GAAP
operating income was $1.27 billion. GAAP net income was $852 million, and
non-GAAP net income was $1.12 billion.
• Cash flow from operations was a record $1.38 billion.
• Remaining Performance Obligation was $9.82 billion, a quarter-over-quarter
increase of $1.05 billion.
• Adobe repurchased approximately 2.8 million shares during the quarter.

Financial Results
• Total revenue was $44.8 million, an increase of 22% year over year

Atos acquires Google Cloud Premier Partner Maven Wave
Atos, a global leader in digital transformation, announced an agreement to
acquire Maven Wave, a U.S.-based business and technology consulting firm
specialized in delivering digital transformation solutions for large enterprises.
The company is a leading Google Cloud Premier Partner with eight Cloud
Partner Specializations and recognized as the Google Cloud North America
Services Partner of the year in both 2018 and 2019. The purchase embeds
Maven Wave’s strengths in building digital solutions using cloud-based
applications, data analytics and machine learning in hybrid and multi-cloud
platforms with Atos’ proven leadership in Hybrid Cloud, SAP HANA,
Application Modernization and Transformation, Digital Workplace, IoT and
Analytics. Headquartered in Chicago, Maven Wave has grown to more than 330
employees and will generate approximately $130m revenues in 2019. The firm

Medallia Reports Record Third Quarter Fiscal 2020 Financial
Results
• Total Revenue for the quarter was $103.1 million, an increase of 27%
from the same period last year. Subscription revenue was $79.7 million, an
increase of 26% from the same period last year.
• Loss from operations for the quarter was $41.7 million, compared to loss
from operations of $16.5 million in the same period last year. Non-GAAP
loss from operations for the third quarter was $2.0 million, compared to a
non-GAAP loss from operations of $8.8 million in the same period last
year.
• Net loss for the quarter was $39.6 million, or ($0.31) per share, basic and
diluted, compared to net loss of $16.6 million, or ($0.60) per share, basic
and diluted, in the same period last year. Non-GAAP net loss was
$932,000, or ($0.01) per share, basic and diluted, compared to non-GAAP
net loss of $9.0 million, or ($0.33) per share, basic and diluted, in the
same period last year.
• Cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities were $319.3 million as
of October 31, 2019.

Yext, Inc. Announces Third Quarter Fiscal 2020 Results
• Revenue of $76.4 million, a 30% increase as compared to the $58.6 million reported in the third quarter fiscal
2019.
• Gross Profit of $56.0 million, a 28% increase as compared to the $43.7 million reported in the third quarter
fiscal 2019. Gross margin of 73.3% as compared to 74.6% reported in third quarter fiscal 2019.
• Net loss of $42.7 million increased 86% as compared to the $22.9 million net loss in third quarter fiscal 2019.
The increased loss was driven primarily by higher operating expenses, due to an overall increase in headcount
as well as the impact of new lease arrangements, including New York, NY.
• Non-GAAP net loss of $21.6 million increased 116% as compared to the $10.0 million non-GAAP net loss in
the third quarter fiscal 2019. The increase in non-GAAP net loss was primarily attributable to the higher
operating expenses as described above.
• Net loss per share of $0.38 in the third quarter of fiscal 2020 compared to a net loss per share of $0.23 in the
third quarter of fiscal 2019.
• Non-GAAP net loss per share of $0.19 in the third quarter of fiscal 2020 compared to a non-GAAP net loss
per share of $0.10 in the third quarter of fiscal 2019.
• Net loss per share and non-GAAP net loss per share were based on 113.5 million weighted-average basic
shares outstanding for the third quarter of fiscal 2020 and 99.6 million weighted-average basic shares
outstanding for the third quarter of fiscal 2019.
• Balance Sheet: Cash and cash equivalents of $244.8 million as of October 31, 2019. Unearned revenue of
$107.5 million as of October 31, 2019, increased $26.3 million from $81.2 million at October 31, 2018.
• Remaining Performance Obligations (“RPO”): RPO as of October 31, 2019 was $251.8 million, with $237.5
million expected to be recognized over the next 24 months and the balance to be recognized thereafter. RPO
does not include amounts under contracts subject to certain accounting exclusions.
• Cash Flow: Net cash used by operating activities for the third quarter of fiscal 2020 was $31.8 million, as
compared to net cash used by operating activities of $22.6 million in the same period of fiscal 2019.

Work management platform Asana announced the launch of a new feature that will take the work out of some of the
most mundane and repetitive tasks on its platform. Asana Automation, as the new feature is called, allows users to
create their own “if this then that” rules, but also features a new voice transcription service, as well as an OCR tool
and new smart templates that integrate some of the service’s machine learning smarts. The new OCR and
transcription services, which are now available in Asana’s iPhone app, are pretty self-explanatory. They make it
easier to capture what was said in a meeting or written on a whiteboard, which users can then assign to a given task
in Asana.Smart project templates, too, take some of the grunt work out of using Asana. “Now when using a template,
such as an event plan or campaign launch, a complete workback schedule can be instantly layered on,” the company
explains. “When a conflict arises between task deadlines, Asana will automatically correct, enabling teams to spend
less time setting up projects and workflows, and more time getting work done.”

With version 55 of its Android browser, Opera is continuing to improve the visual experience by introducing a completely

adjust the color temperature of your browser manually. Opera for Android has had long standing support for night mode,

light emitted by the device, as well as go super-dark, with a new array of settings. Blue light is a known destroyer of good
sleep. By suppressing melatonin levels, it disturbs the natural circadian rhythm of the body. As a result, you may still find
yourself involuntarily awake after putting down your device at night. By adjusting the color temperature (suppressing the
blue light components), we can limit the effects of late night browsing, making it easier to relax and fall asleep. The light

The AgilOne CDP brings customer data from online and offline technology platforms together into a single system of record, so enterprise-scale brands can build better customer relationships and increase customer lifetime value. Using machine learning to unify, cleanse and enrich customers’ data, marketers can build more effective segments and optimize the timing and targeting of campaigns across a variety of customer touchpoints (including email, SMS, website, mobile, and more). Financial, M&A Updates IT Shades Engage & Enable Cloudera Reports Third Quarter Fiscal Year 2020 Financial Results • Total revenue for the third quarter was $198.3 million, and subscription revenue was $166.9 million. Annualized Recurring Revenue grew 13% year-over-year. • GAAP loss from operations for the third quarter of fiscal 2020 was $82.5 million, compared to a GAAP loss from operations of $25.7 million for the third quarter of fiscal 2019. • Non-GAAP loss from operations for the third quarter of fiscal 2020 was $8.2 million, compared to a non-GAAP loss from operations of $3.1 million for the third quarter of fiscal 2019. • Operating cash flow for the third quarter of fiscal 2020, which includes $6.1 million of merger-related payments, was negative $5.9 million, compared to operating cash flow of negative $6.8 million for the third quarter of fiscal 2019. • GAAP net loss per share for the third quarter of fiscal 2020 was $0.29 per share, based on weighted-average shares outstanding of 283.3 million shares, compared to a GAAP net loss per share of $0.17 per share for the third quarter of fiscal 2019, based on weighted-average shares outstanding of 152.2 million shares. Financial, M&A Updates IT Shades Engage & Enable Adobe Reports Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year Results 2019 Fourth Quarter Fiscal Year 2019 Financial Highlights: • Adobe achieved record quarterly revenue of $2.99 billion in its fourth quarter of fiscal year 2019, which represents 21 percent year-over-year growth. Diluted earnings per share was $1.74 on a GAAP-basis, and $2.29 on a non-GAAP basis. • Digital Media segment revenue was $2.08 billion, which represents 22 percent year-over-year growth. Creative revenue grew to $1.74 billion and Document Cloud revenue was $339 million. Digital Media Annualized Recurring Revenue (“ARR”) grew to $8.40 billion exiting the quarter, a quarter-over-quarter increase of $539 million. Creative ARR grew to $7.31 billion, and Document Cloud ARR grew to $1.09 billion. • Digital Experience segment revenue was $859 million, representing 24 percent year-over-year growth. • GAAP operating income in the fourth quarter was $970 million, and non-GAAP operating income was $1.27 billion. GAAP net income was $852 million, and non-GAAP net income was $1.12 billion. • Cash flow from operations was a record $1.38 billion. • Remaining Performance Obligation was $9.82 billion, a quarter-over-quarter increase of $1.05 billion. • Adobe repurchased approximately 2.8 million shares during the quarter. The purchase embeds Maven Wave’s strengths in building digital solutions using cloud-based applications, data analytics and machine learning in hybrid and multi-cloud platforms with Atos’ proven leadership in Hybrid Cloud, SAP HANA, Application Modernization and Transformation, Digital Workplace, IoT and Analytics. Headquartered in Chicago, Maven Wave has grown to more than 330 employees and will generate approximately $130m revenues in 2019. The firm was recognized by Consulting Magazine as one of the fastest growing consulting firms in North America. Subscription revenue was $79.7 million, an increase of 26% from the same period last year. • Loss from operations for the quarter was $41.7 million, compared to loss from operations of $16.5 million in the same period last year. Non-GAAP loss from operations for the third quarter was $2.0 million, compared to a non-GAAP loss from operations of $8.8 million in the same period last year. • Net loss for the quarter was $39.6 million, or ($0.31) per share, basic and diluted, compared to net loss of $16.6 million, or ($0.60) per share, basic and diluted, in the same period last year.
