2. Biography
• He was born on 15 January 1926 in Atlanta he
was an American Baptist minister, a civil rights
advocate and also the son of a Baptist minister.
Martin Luther King studied theology at Boston
University. From a young age he became aware
of the situation of social and racial segregation
that blacks lived in his country, and especially in
the souther US. He died On 3 April 1968 when
he arrived in Memphis, Tennessee to prepare for
a march in support of striking sanitation workers.

3. At age 15, King entered Morehouse Jr. College,
a university designed for young African
Americans which would withdraw sociology
graduate three years later. Perennial student,
moved to the northeast of the country to continue
their graduate studies and major in theology. He
graduated in the discipline at age 22 and got his
doctorate from Boston University four years later.

4. Luther King's name became famous throughout
the country and were increasingly supporters and
activists who joined the struggle for racial
equality. In 1963, at the height of his cause, he
led, together with another 250 000 people
marched on Washington advocated in particular
by improving the living conditions and integration
of blacks in the south. In this peaceful protest, as
he has lived in the US capital in its history,
recited his famous speech "I have a dream". was
given in front of the Lincoln Memorial during the
March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom in
1963.
After receiving the Nobel Peace Prize, Martin
Luther King continued his fight for equality for
blacks until an April 4, 1968 he was killed in a
motel in Memphis by James Earl Ray.

5. Why he inspired us
We chose Martin Luther King because he was a
person who struggled a lot as long as everyone
could be equal in all respects and although the
obstacles in life had followed the fighting and
achieving their dreams because he always said
that you should always follow your dreams no
matter how ridiculous they sound or how far you
need to continue the fight for what you think is
important is to see. Martin Luther King was
undoubtedly a leader we all should admire for
what I bring to the world, that is why the inspired
us.

6. What he do
In 1955, following the arrest of a black woman
after refusing to give up her bus seat to a white
man, King decided to start a non-violent protest
against racial segregation endured by his city.
Taking advantage of the resonance pastor had
suggested the black population of Montgomery
did not use public transport until such racist
statements were eradicated completely. Almost a
year after the beginning of the bus boycott, the
Supreme Court of the United States declared
segregation illegal in any public place

7. He stood up for equal rights for all people,
especially to help African Americans gain more
freedom. Well, the big line is: EQUALITY. He
supported the idea of the blacks, which was to
fight AGAINST segregation. He led marches,
boycotts, and made speeches to help convince
the others to agree with him. One of his most
famous speeches was "I Have a Dream" he
stood for EQUALITY AMONG ALL PEOPLE,

The world needs us all to have equality and
respect above all that's what Martin Luther King
wanted so if we help not discriminated or making
people feel less than they are and so maybe
someday we can change the world
