In the early morning hours of April 26, 1986, the Chernobyl nuclear power plant in Ukraine (formerly part of the Soviet Union) exploded, creating what has been described as the worst nuclear disaster the world has ever seen.Even after many years of scientific research and government investigation, there are still many unanswered questions about the Chernobyl accident — especially regarding the long-term health impacts that the massive radiation leak will have on those who were exposed.

He should have think about the safety of people. 2. He should have Avoid misleading acts that leaded to this event They did not care about the public, almost 7 million people were living in debased regions including 3 million were kids. According to a research survey in 2000 there were 1800 instance of thyroid growth in kids and juvenile and high number of suicide and vicious passing among Firemen, policemen, and other recuperation laborers at Chernobyl. They should have though 100 times before taking this experiment, if they really want to take that experiment why they did not go to the somewhere else. Nuclear reactors are really too risky if the operators are not highly qualified. Engineer should have gone against this decision, he must have known the effects of radiations. To Avoid this Tragedy: These actions should have taken to avoid this tragedy:

They ought to Had planned drills and practices for ordinary and crisis circumstances.  They should Had a reactor master nearby.  They should Had affirmed any prompts from the framework before making theory or make a move.  They should Had a cooperation sort of environment with the end goal that everyone is included.
