For my magazine I decided that my target audience would be between 15-18 year
olds as its suitable for younger people. As I only had 2 out 0f 20 people who were
19-22 this makes it easier for me to have a final decision about my audience as the
younger age had the best answers to my questionnaire.

This was a helpful question because the most popular colour overall I will most likely use on my
magazine. Red had the best outcome which is helpful as black red and white is colours people
associate with rock music.

After the results of the two previous slides the most popular option was
sometimes for how often people read music magazines and monthly for how
often people buy them I have decided to make my frequency of publication
monthly as it has longer time for more things to happen rather than a week or

Overall by looking at my results competitions and reviews were the least
important and pictures, interviews and articles were the most important. By
asking this question, it helped me a lot on what I need more of in my magazine
and what I don’t need as much of. Obviously interviews and pictures were very
popular as people want to see and hear a lot about their favourite bands/
artists and music.

  • 2. Gender Male Female This question will be more biased towards males than females as I handed out more questionnaire's to females.
  • 3. Age 15-18 19-22 23+ For my magazine I decided that my target audience would be between 15-18 year olds as its suitable for younger people. As I only had 2 out 0f 20 people who were 19-22 this makes it easier for me to have a final decision about my audience as the younger age had the best answers to my questionnaire.
  • 4. Favourite Colour Blue Red Yellow Green Other This was a helpful question because the most popular colour overall I will most likely use on my magazine. Red had the best outcome which is helpful as black red and white is colours people associate with rock music.

After the results of the two previous slides the most popular option was sometimes for how often people read music magazines and monthly for how often people buy them I have decided to make my frequency of publication monthly as it has longer time for more things to happen rather than a week or two

The most popular one was Algerian font and the second most popular was font 5 so there is a possibility I will use these.

By asking this question, it helped me a lot on what I need more of in my magazine and what I don’t need as much of. Obviously interviews and pictures were very popular as people want to see and hear a lot about their favourite bands/ artists and music.
