Marketing website for business intelligence products
A business intelligence organisation that has multiple verticals
under one umbrella wanted to create a central place for all its
brands for marketing purpose. A responsive marketing hub
was proposed which would be the entry point for existing as
well as potential customers. A scalable solution of modules
and templates for building different pages of the marketing
hub was designed.
Work as a UX designer with an agile team along side a UX
manager, visual designers, content strategist and BAs. Define
requirements and identify and create unique modules and
templates for those requirements. Create and the annotate
high fidelity wireframes and reference to content source. Cre-
ate a high fidelity prototype for user testing. Be involved in all
design reviews and feedback sessions.
Redesign of functionalities for billing and payments
Design a responsive user experience for customers and call
centre servicing agents to enable consistency while using
various media of communication. Redesign existing function-
ality as well as new functionality as per proposed experience

ments. Create prototypes in Axure for multiple break points
and user profiles. Work with frontend agile team, business and
marketing team and back end architects together to finalise

from third party APIs.
Create prototypes in Axure for multiple break points. Present
concepts to business team and work with platform architects,
and front end developers, to finalise the best possible solution.
Usability testing for a telecommunication client
As a lead UX designer my responsibilities were to design script
for users to carry out the given tasks for the pages to be tested.
Create a prototype to support the script. Conduct face to face
usability testing. Capturing all the data in an excel sheet and
video. Analysing the data to identify pain points as well as posi-
