I have over 6 years of design experience with proven expertise in UX Research & Design, Interaction design
and Product Design.
As an experience designer I’ve had the opportunity to work on a wide range of platforms including desktop
applications, websites, responsive web interfaces and mobile applications; both native and web based.
I have worked on projects as team lead in a corporate environment as well as a freelancer with design agen-

Marketing website for business intelligence products
A business intelligence organisation that has multiple verticals
under one umbrella wanted to create a central place for all its
brands for marketing purpose. A responsive marketing hub
was proposed which would be the entry point for existing as
well as potential customers. A scalable solution of modules
and templates for building different pages of the marketing
hub was designed.
Work as a UX designer with an agile team along side a UX
manager, visual designers, content strategist and BAs. Define
requirements and identify and create unique modules and
templates for those requirements. Create and the annotate
high fidelity wireframes and reference to content source. Cre-
ate a high fidelity prototype for user testing. Be involved in all
design reviews and feedback sessions.
Redesign of functionalities for billing and payments
Design a responsive user experience for customers and call
centre servicing agents to enable consistency while using
various media of communication. Redesign existing function-
ality as well as new functionality as per proposed experience
guidelines.
Create design scamps and task flows from business require-
ments. Create prototypes in Axure for multiple break points
and user profiles. Work with frontend agile team, business and
marketing team and back end architects together to finalise
the UX. Conduct usability testing for each of the functionalities
designed.
Brand website for haircare products
Design a brand website for the client to showcase entire prod-
uct portfolio along with informative content for customers.
Develop scalable responsive templates and pages by design-
ing components for AEM platform. Design product hub pages
that cater to customer needs. Design product detail pages by
integrating product reviews and e-commerce functionality
from third party APIs.
Create prototypes in Axure for multiple break points. Present
concepts to business team and work with platform architects,
and front end developers, to finalise the best possible solution.
Usability testing for a telecommunication client
As a lead UX designer my responsibilities were to design script
for users to carry out the given tasks for the pages to be tested.
Create a prototype to support the script. Conduct face to face
usability testing. Capturing all the data in an excel sheet and
video. Analysing the data to identify pain points as well as posi-
tives. Presenting the inferences and solutions to the client in
visual format.
Usability testing for business intelligence products website
As a UX designer my responsibilities were to create a pixel
perfect high fidelity prototype in Axure for the website. Include
the interaction of the entire usability testing script. Review the
usability testing script. Analyse the captured data and suggest
necessary improvisations in the design
Customer Servicing Application
Propose a digital solution to transform the retail customer
banking experience from“Transactional”to a“Relationship”.
Key challenge was to design a customer focused experience
on a digital slate (iPAD), thereby bringing the bank to the
customer, keeping in mind a multi-stake holder, multi-product,
multi-market, multi-currency and multi-segment customer.
As a design lead, understand the user and business goals.
Translate requirements to the UI team and ideate design
concepts to be presented to the client. Manage the UX team,

Mobile Website- Strategy and Design
The scope of the project consisted of providing a complete
front end solution for a insurance client with respect to device

with client CMS.

bench marking. Working with on site lead designer to devel-
op strategy for mobile website. Define structure of the touch
phones and keypad phones and design separate set of wire
frames for each. Generating low and high fidelity wire frames
which cater to user needs and usability issues.
