Dear Sir and Madam,
The purpose of this document is to ask you to vacate the property legally owned by Dr.
and Mrs. Miguel Mancao situated in P. Nellas Street, Carcar, Cebu, Philippines, known
as the Mancao Ancestral Home. As early as August 30, 2010, you have been
requested by a case filed by Dr.& Mrs. Miguel Mancao at the Regional Trial Court of
Cebu City, 7th Judicial Region, Branch 19 - to vacate the said premises and as of
October 28, 2011, you have all agreed to leave the said premises upon the condition of
receiving twenty thousand pesos (PHP 20,000) followed by forty thousand pesos (PHP
40,000) upon the complete vacation of the said premises. The housing structures will
be destroyed and none of your family is allowed to return for whatever purpose upon the
complete and final payment of sixty thousand pesos (PHP 60,000).
IF YOU DO NOT LEAVE, AN EVICTION NOTICE MAY BE INTIATED AGAINST YOU.

we have been served the above notice, which this is a true copy, and agree without

and we agree that the complete removal of ourselves and all our belongings will be
finished at fifteen hundred hours (5PM) on November 6, 2011. Starting November 7,
2011, we understand that none of our immediate family and any acquaintances may
return to the premises for whatever reason. If anyone does return, we understand that
we or they will be subjected to the full extent of the law and considered to be hostile.
