to have solved, but no one wants to solve.
 Organizational Communication
is something everyone believes
is happening, simply because
people talk and share ideas.
Organizational
Communication seems so
multifaceted (“fuzzy”, “soft
skill”, “non-financial”) one is
hard pressed to measure it’s
organizational (and
financial) impact.
Creating uncertainty,
confusion, and, ultimately,
Chaos.
But experience shows ineffective
Organizational Communication
costs money through:
 Obtuse visioning
 Ineffective direction setting
 Incomplete decision making
 Mis-coordinated action
 Incomplete follow-through
