Programs, Activities, Projects
Based on DBM and CHED, SUCs are guided with a
logical framework or a results chain matrix. The
university must determine its desired outcomes, which
is generally referred to as the benefits of the entire
client of SUCs and its contribution to the social and
economic impacts of the country particularly our
human resources. As to sector outcomes, it measures
our contribution to the social sector which is the
education sector. The organizational outcomes, we
have six (6), which can be measured through the
different program’s and sub-program’s outcomes,
outputs and impacts. Further, the programs can be
delivered through the different activities and projects.
This framework is utilized to provide CSU distinct
directions and deliverables to optimize the use of its
limited resources.

Governing
Agencies
The Cagayan State University has a supply chain that is categorically divided into three. The first is the governing
agencies and their policies which support and guide CSU in all its endeavors. The results chain of CSU stays in the
middle in which the activities of the university are done in order to produce its commodities. Lastly, the
stakeholders who eventually receive the commodities produced by the institution.
The Supply Chain (Academics)
Cagayan State university is committed to produce globally
competitive professionals. Graduation rates, licensure exam results
and employability of these graduates are key indicators of CSU’s
success in performing this commitment.
The Supply Chain (Academics &
Research)
CSU partners with DOST, DA, and other agencies in research to
promote economic productivity and innovation. These agencies,
local people of areas concerned, and other clients are the direct
beneficiaries of these projects.
The Supply Chain (Extension)
To achieve its goal along extension services, CSU work hand in hand
with the local government units and other agencies to create
products that are sellable and can be produced by poor families in
the far off barangays. Our extension service staffs also do trainings
and seminars on how to make different products to help these
families create a good source of income.
