   United States Marine – I served as the Legal Manager for 2 Battalion, 7 Marines, 1 Marine Division. In this
   capacity, I created, implemented and trained Marines on a comprehensive Legal Program. During my service, I
   was promoted to a Noncommissioned Officer and awarded a Commanding General Certificate of Commendation,
   along with earning the Navy Achievement Medal, Certificates of Commendation and Letters of Appreciation.

   University Instructor – I developed and taught numerous courses in leadership and management for Veterans of
   all the military branches. In addition, I worked with cohorts of senior officers and enlisted military personnel at

   the 171 Air Refueling Wing in Moon Township, PA.

   Veteran CareerStar Accelerator Architect – I created the Veteran CareerStar Accelerator to advance Veterans
   on their career journey. Progress highlights of the model include conversations with members of the U.S.
   Congress, successful engagement of over 100 people, LinkedIn and Facebook web pages, a White Paper and a
   developing Blog located at http://www.jarvisveterancareerstar.blogspot.com/.

   Veteran Student Support Specialist – Beginning in November 2012, I began a part-time opportunity with the
   Community College of Allegheny County. My primary function is to provide career coaching to 600 College
   Veterans and begin to align them with the rapidly growing energy sector
