14. Conflict navigation
Within Team Han Solo, we have the following agreements with
respect to how we treat each other when in conflict
• We stay respectful
• We assume positive intent and do not take it personal
• Use humor, but do not make fun of people
• If something happens, address it in 24hrs or plan something
within a week
• If you need to walk out, label it (explain that you need to walk
out)
• Give impact feedback (e.g. "When you do X, it makes me feel Y")
• Give space if people need it
• Be honest
• No triangulation in the team
