4. Team Members’ Roles
A
Mr. A is a visual learner and has website designing expertise. He will be
creating the interface and give critical input on the contents
B
Mr. B will help develop the learner profiles, so that this intervention is
brain-aligned. She will empower the teachers to create Google folders
to develop their e-portfolios (text, videos, audio recordings, images, etc)
to help the facilitators develop the learner profile.
C and D
Mr C and Mr. D have been integrating ICT in their lessons and they will
create processes of learning. They will look at skills identified by the
stakeholder and develop their intervention based on that.
5. Identification of Skills Required
The stakeholders in the school will brainstorm on the
skills/skillsets required for that particular academic
year.
Prior Knowledge Assessment
Based on the teachers’ competencies grid, the staff
will be divided into four groups.
Developing Learner Profiles
Based on the e-portfolios developed- learner profiles
will be identified to make the intervention brain
aligned
6. Formative Assessment of Learning
There will be checks for learning as staff develops
their integrated technology lesson plans(Keeping in
mind the skill-sets identified.
7. Application
The participants will apply their integrated lesson
plans in real-time situations (classroom)
Peer-Assessment
The participants could invite a buddy/colleague for
lesson observations for constructive feedback on the
skill.
Re-design the application and deliver
The participant would then re-design according to
the feedback provided.
Evaluate and decide steps ahead
The classroom intervention will be delivered again
based on the skill progression (the content will
change, only the skill will be evaluated).
