This document provides instructions for a student assignment assessing their ability to manage professional development. The grading criteria for each module are based on the guidelines indicated below in addition to
individual assignment guidance and requirements. All work must be appropriately referenced. All
work must be available for internal and external verification on request

Assignment Overview:
This assignment requires you to complete, in class and in your own time, all the
PCP Documents and other classwork indicated through your online Scheme of
Assignment Brief
Work. You need to complete a Blog containing details of each session &
“reflective statements” for each. You must successfully link this work to your EPortfolio. There will also be other classwork that you need to link.
You have been approached by a group of investors that would like ……
You will submit the E-Portfolio on completion of the tasksheets. Additionally you
mayneed to plan, record and link a video biography to your E-portfolios. I am
looking for evidence of commitment and a professional, focused approach to
personal development.
What you need to submit: A professional portfolio, fully integrated into your eportfolio and containing all you classwork and in particular;
Each tasksheet which should be completed in detail accompanied by a
brief (150 words) conclusion or reflective statement indicating in which
ways the tasksheet helps your MPD and what the tasksheet tells you
about yourself. This will be contained in your Blog. Other classwork
materials will be linked as shown below.
In addition, you will need to include your CV as you have completed and
updated it as part of this unit and other classwork documents as directed.
A full set of application documents for a job interview with the Ministry of
Defence sent electronically to the tutor by the agreed deadline.
All the above to be incorporated within a functioning E-portfolio with
working links and relationships.
