  • Exactly! Learning has to be in the flow. The problem: How do you know what you should learn? Which microlearning benefits you the most? What topic is best, which format fits and what is the best point in time to learn? I believe that in order to enable a RTLE (Real Time Learning Experience) people need to gather feedback from peers on a very regular basis, utilize a self-learning algorithm that finds the best fit micro learning and suggest it to the individual. This link from "how do I see myself" and "how do others see myself" with the best fit micro-learning is a challenge because there is so much data involved.
