Diversity (noun) – a point of difference.
Diversity has many different factors such as personality traits, learning preferences, natural
talents, and interest in different things.
What is cultural competence? How can you develop it?
A person’s ability to interact with people from other cultures, and you can develop it by
interacting with others more often.
How can you communicate effectively?
Make sure your goal is to make sure the listeners receives the message you’re trying to send.
Identify your styles by discussing whoever you’re communicating with each other’s differences.
How can you make the most of personal relationships?
Personal relationships can be sources of great satisfaction and inner peace. Approach people and
conversations with emotional intelligence. Treat others with kindness and loyalty and you will
receive the same.
