4. Entering into the foyer, you will notice a recessed great room
large enough for plenty of family activities such as pool or
movies. Attached is a private office kind of separated from the
rest of the house by means of the great room.
The 1st floor bathroom adjacent to the foyer leads outside
to the pool area and includes a shower for people coming in
from the pool who need a quick rinse before going upstairs.
The bath is adjacent to the living room and the stairs to the
second floor hall that over looks the living room and large
planter area in the front of the house. The living room
includes a fireplace in a smaller area meant for reading or just
cuddling up.
The eating area on the 1st floor provides a large kitchen
with its adjoining dining room, breakfast nook, and a large
walk-in pantry/ wine cellar. Also on this side of the house, the
large utility room and garage with access to the upstairs guest
area can be found.
5. 1ST FLOOR PLAN
This is the design of the first floor of the most complete house I've worked on so far.
In the front of the house you will notice the main walkway leading to two front
entrances. The one on the left goes to the main entrance into the foyer over looking
the great room, while the other leads into the utility room near the kitchen. In
between the two paths lies a fountain in front of a large glass wall centered in the
house.
6. 2ND FLOOR 3D
In this second floor view, notice the 3 open areas overlooking the floor below. The
central hallway overlooks both the living room as well as the large glass front with
a planter below. The guest apartment is separated from the rest of the house with
its own access point through the garage.
7. 2ND FLOOR PLAN
The second floor is home to the sleeping areas. On the left you will find the 974 sq. ft. master suite,
which includes his and hers walk-in closets, a large master bath with a personal sauna, and a
separate workout area. On the right you will notice 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bath.
Bedroom 2 includes a balcony overlooking the pool area. The area above the garage is currently set
up as a guest apartment, with a bedroom, kitchen/dining/ living area and its own bath. Plans for that
area still aren't final.
8. This is one of the back views of the house that shows another angle
of the complex pool shape I completed in AutoCAD as well as the
bay window of the kitchen and another large glass wall looking into
the living room.
9. This picture is just to show off some of my creativity and detail I was putting into
this house. Shown you will see dual sinks I managed to create in 3D with
AutoCAD, as well as open drawers and cabinets for storage in the master
bathroom.
10. This view was created to give you a sense of what you would see coming up
into the driveway. The glass viewing area is definitely the focal point that I
believe would draw positive attention to the house and create a feeling of
wealth for the home owners.
11. This is the interior view of the great room. You can see how I designed the steps leading
down into the room from the foyer, as well as the steps going back up into the private
office in the back of the house. You will also notice the steps leading up to the second
floor with a series of built in shelving to display various decorations.
Also shown is the pool table I designed as part of this house, complete with balls and
cue stick.
12. This is a view of the other side of the great room. Included are a set of chairs
that I believe I downloaded, but modified some to include in the house. The
coffee table and entertainment center I designed myself for planning purposes.
13. This is just a very simple kitchen layout that still needs a good deal of work. You
can notice the bay window over the counter where the sink will be. In the back
corner you can see a part of the table set I included in this design.
14. From this perspective you can get a better look at the large windows that
extend to the second floor master bedroom. The roof line over the master
bedroom may need work as it seems a bit mis-proportioned and angled oddly. I
am not entirely sure how to correct that at this point.
15. Basic perspective of the house with the complete roof. Notice the glass
enclosed breakfast nook on the first floor complete with large skylights, to allow
completely natural light in for your morning breakfast.
16. This view provides another glimpse of the pool and the outdoor kitchen area. A
balcony from a second floor bedroom overlooks the backyard.
17. The key features shown in this view are the pool I designed myself with built in
hot tub, as well as the overall back facade that seems to go well with the pool
area, and provides a welcoming atmosphere for social interactions. The pink
block shown is the plan for an outdoor kitchen area.
