What happens on Friday 15th
February?
• Drop off point will be the Civic centre
– Please park on opposite side of road
– Time TBC…. As soon as the coach company let us
know, I will inform you straight away
• At the Airport
– Money for breakfast/lunch at airport
– Liquid restrictions – 100ml bottles
FLIGHT TIMES WILL BE CONFIRMED ANY TIME UP TO 10 DAYS BEFORE -
we will notify you as soon as we know to get exact times of where your
daughter will need to be

• Phones are not covered on the schools
insurance.
• We cannot report lost or stolen phones on the
mountain.
• Advice is to not bring your phone.

What to do next?
• Fill in Medical form if you did not complete it on the ski meeting
night
• Passports will be collected after the Christmas Holidays
• ESTA to be completed when we return in January. Please let Mrs
Wilce know if you have a current one that is up to date
• Return ski trip hoodie form with payment made on
www.parentpay.com – so these can be ordered tomorrow
