5. Ninety-one percent of Millennials (born between 1977-1997)
expect to stay in a job for less than three years, according to
the Future Workplace “Multiple Generations @ Work” survey
of 1,189 employees and 150 managers. That means they would
have 15 – 20 jobs over the course of their working lives!

everywhere. Although Google gets 2 million applicants a year,
the average tenure for a Google employee is 1.1 years.

holding on to its workforce. So, what can be done about it?
One thing that can be done is to recruit candidates who will
most likely stay with your company. But, how do you do that?
In this session, Jim Stroud will demo tips, hacks and strategies
for finding loyal talent for your company. Bring pen, pad and a
good sense of humor as this time will prove to be both
informative and entertaining.
